Meet Kait Keet, the person behind sunday

Organised. Calm. Problem-solver.

In corporate-speak, Kait is a Fractional COO. But in real life, she’s the person who gets her kicks from making your business run like a well-oiled machine.

Kait is a South Africa-based Fractional COO and operations partner for small business founders. She works behind the scenes to turn ideas into smooth, repeatable systems that save time and drive revenue.

With 11+ years in operations, project management, and strategic consulting and a background in Organisational Psychology and Communication Design, she brings both structure and creativity to building businesses that scale sustainably. Over the years she’s worn many hats, from Operations Director to Optimisation Manager, but the common thread is clear: she helps founders and SMEs work smarter by leveraging technology and creating systems that truly support growth.

She’s partnered with teams across tech, e-commerce, service businesses, and creative agencies, working remotely with clients from Morocco to the UK to South Africa. She is known for bringing calm to chaos, solutions to problems, and structure to messy processes, freeing founders to focus on what they do best.

  • As a first time small business owner with big ideas and a lot to learn, Kait was exactly what I needed when I felt overwhelmed. Not only is she extremely organised, efficient and knowledgeable, she is also very encouraging and intuitive with how she handles things. She really does have a special ability to take things from "in my head" to a working system that is suitable to your abilities and needs. I really felt like Kait provided me with custom care for what I needed, and I finally feel confident and excited about my business again!
