Kait is a Fractional COO and operations partner for founders who are already making money but feel buried in the day-to-day.

She helps founders remove themselves as the bottleneck so they can scale with confidence — without burning out or losing control of what they’ve built.

Kait works with small business founders and startup leaders who feel overwhelmed by messy operations, unclear priorities, decision bottlenecks, or the constant mental load of holding everything together. She comes in, quickly identifies what’s creating the overwhelm, and rebuilds how the business actually runs.

Practically, that means untangling what founders should be doing versus what can be delegated, simplifying workflows, cleaning up systems and communication, and creating an operational structure that doesn’t rely on anyone holding everything in their head. Her work is hands-on and implementation-focused, designed to reduce overwhelm quickly and create momentum that lasts.

Kait doesn’t give homework and disappear, and she doesn’t try to run companies for her clients. As a Fractional COO, she works alongside founders to calm the chaos, implement what’s needed, and leave them with clear, maintainable systems that they or their teams can run with confidence. Kait is a South Africa-based, remote-working Fractional COO and operations consultant, working remotely with founders across the UK, Europe, and Africa. With 11+ years of experience in operations, project management, and strategic consulting — and a background in Organisational Psychology and Communication Design — she brings both structure and empathy to building businesses that scale sustainably.

      Weekly support calls. Being a business owner can be hard, and lonely. These calls are a way to connect with a professional support system. Use your sessions to share ideas; brainstorm; receive advice; review work; be held accountable.

    2. Foundations Planning

      This is the next layer building on from the Founder’s Program. This is where the fun (and your business foundation) starts!

      We create a project plan for you and will execute on your highest-priority project (or the one that you ‘just can’t get to’).

    3. Fractional COO

      A more hands-on approach built on from the Foundations Program.
